When it comes down to it Kinect is another controller just like a steering wheel. If I set my wheel rotation to 360 degrees instead of 900 I'm not using only 40% of the wheel , I'm still using the whole wheel.

but its a stupid analogy, movies can only look a certain way. They are not going to do much more, Kinect is a whole unit, Movies arent going to use all ports at once... it is pointless. The analogy just doesnt make sense.
Kinect has more features that are available and being discovered, thus is why a statement to the same rhythm (not 10percent) but something like a small amount makes sense.
