The  review itself seemed more glowing than the score. I was a little dissapointed in the score.

Still waiting to hear what others will say.

Wasn't this the game that Sony and Microsoft were going to dread not having on their consoles?

I think that was the first one.

The previous one got an 8 from them, so this one is still good but not better in their eyes, still the average score can be better as more game reviewers will not crush the game because this one has less hype.

thats ok, not going to pull me from Portal 2 and not a better score than GE so might pass

As I said it seemed strange to me that they gave it a 7.5. The shear level of customization, addition of classes and perks, improved cinematic story over the first....I dont get it.

I think the first should have gotten a 7. This ...well...I havent played it.

How about review scores shouldn't be the metric of what actually makes a good game? Should you like a game with a 90 metacritic score because of the score, or because you like it yourself?
