Forums - Sony Discussion - Why do or don't you have PSN+?

I don't have Plus but I will be purchasing 1 month so I can use the cloud feature and transfer copy protected saves from my old PS3 to my new one without needing to reformat my drive with a complete transfer through an ethernet cable.

I need to do so in order to continue playing Nier.

if you purchase it for 1 month and use the cloud feature, once your 1 months up can you still access those saves and use that service?

Nope, your saves will still be in the cloud but you can't reach them.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

All in all id say the service is still new and although it offers great content for people who get games off psn
other than that nothings really got me to subscribe, I'm sure more features will come a long over the year which may tempt me

No. It remains in cloud for six months only.

Sony already gave me the good stuff (online play) for free.  Nothing on Plus seems like it's worth the dough.  I'm not into betas.  None of the free games appeal to me.  I have plenty of HDD space.  Sony had nothing to bargain with.  The only thing I'd want from PSN Plus is the background downloading.

It's like meeting a hot girl and having sex with her.  Then she says, "If you take me out to dinner and take me shopping, I'll make you some eggs."

I can make my own eggs, bitch.

this doesn't add up! why would i need eggs after i had dinner?

i shall investigate that matter. what was the number of the hot girl who has sex before asking questions?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I don´t stay  hour per day in fron of my Ps3 to play many games, I only play Call of Duty Multiplayer, never bought Killzone or Uncharted game ever.. so I not a good Ps3 gamer, LOL...

PSN isn´t good for me, I don´t have time for all content it can deliver... no deal.

PSN: franco-br
MGS4, GH, MW2, GT5p, WipeoutHD, etc..etc..

PSN already offers me everything I need for the price of free thanks.  I'd rather use that money towards a new game or to pay the internet bill that allows me to use PSN lol

Exactly!

But just in case you were serious, it goes like this:  You take the girl out to dinner to trick her into having sex with you.  After the sex, she makes you breakfast--if you already have the sex part, you can save money by not taking her out to dinner, listening to her boring conversations, and such.  On the downside, you don't get the breakfast.

PSN gives you the most important thing--the online/sex and even some really good discounts.  They want us to pay for more discounts (aka breakfast)?  I can just buy the games I want for full price or less and not worry about any ownership issues for less than $50.
