I'm just amazed at the graphical fidelity of Crysis 2. This game is truly something to behold. Arthur Gies (The reviewer of Crysis 2 for IGN.com) is one of the most professional, fair, and honest game journalist out there. He completely has my respect and he's earned it. If he says this game on 360 is the best looking game on any console to date then I believe him. Not to mention the fact that he just played Killzone 3 last week. So... yeah keep that in mind before anyone flips out and pulls the completely stupid "You can't spell IGNorant without IGN durrrrr".

I've been digging around Lens of Truth, they don't have their comparison ready, but they threw together a quick comparison video.  

 

I personally don't see a difference between the two, nor do I notice these framerate problems.  I'm calling shinannigans on IGN.  And unless there's some huge difference somewhere in game, which I doubt, that 1.0 dog in the graphics score is unwarranted.  IGN claims they only dog graphics score if it affects the gameplay.  Hell I've seen worst looking ports on the PS3 get the same score as the 360 version cause it didn't affect the gameplay, yet all of a sudden they dog Crysis 2?  Aside from possible resoultion differences; I'm calling shenannigans.  On another note, this game looks stunning, I wanna buy it now just to have a good looking game running on my PS3.

IGN is hardly biased, they did a showdown between the XboxPS3 and the PS3 came out on top for the most ridiculous reasons. Biased, nope. Just a bunch of ignorant cocks who can't score anything for shit.

 

Besides you clowns who are moaning haven't even played both console versions and are comparing them by the terrible quality videos the likes of ign have done or going by screen shots.

 

Play both then come back and apologise for your cynical words plz. KZ2 let alone 3 wipes the floor with Crysis graphically.

My point is to really see if there is a difference between the PS3 and 360 versions so that I will be glad I did not suport a company that continues the trend of making PS3 versions of games inferior and so I can make my own opinion and not base it on anothers.You may be correct, but I want to know with my own eyes.

I'm playing it (PS3) and it is definitely not the best looking game. Graphically, it looks about on par with BlackOps. But it is a really good game. 9/10 so far.

edit: He's also taking questions, so if you have a legit concern about his review after reading his blog give him chance to address it.

Whatever you think of IGN you have respect this kind of transpatency when it comes to the review process.
