I don't like to pick on spelling mistakes unless I find them somehow amusing. We all make typos. ;)

 I didn't say PS3 only has two good games, I said the OP only wanted two games. Because, well, that's what he said:

Buy a PS3...you will have the best of both worlds ^^ (You could w8 for the Wii to get cheaper, and buy it if you want later on)

If you only want a PS3 for 2 games, it doesn't sound like it has much payoff for you. Unless you're nuts about HD movies, I guess.

If you go Wii, you should be able to pick up at least four games to go along with the system for that $500 budget, plus Sports. Sounds sweet. The tough part will be finding a Wii.

Finally, you could pick up a new 360 with a couple games and sell your old, unfried one. Use that money to fund more gaming goodness.

Why do you want HDMI so badly? Component cables are perfectly capable of giving the same picture quality. Are all the extra cables pissing you off?



Prediction:

The PS2 & PS3 will outsell the Wii in 2008.

Lifetime sales of PS3 in Japan will be at least 8 million consoles.

get the ps3, if you can wait for a wii(when there are some to buy) just pay the $250,and buy a few good games.wiis are affordable, PS3s....not so much
