Seems like  getting it for ps3 is a waste of money. Should've been a 360 exclusive. Game looks boring eitherway

Those lens of truth images are total bs. Anyone who can get in a game of their own can easily see that for themselves. The textures are nowhere near as washed out. Seriously, look at the foliage in those pictures and then go play a game and look at it. In those pictures the leaves and trees are blurred like nobody's business but are much more crisp in the game itself. It's night and day. Also, I suggest you visit the thread for the ps3 version on gaf. The first 14 pages are talking about how awful the game looks blah, blah, blah but on page 15 post number 701 legit comparison pics were posted, showing that the ps3 version looks better in a lot of ways and doesn't have the crushed blacks that plague the 360 version. Graphics are not a reason to not get the ps3 version. However, I believe this is retail code and it runs at below 30 fps which is a huge problem if retail runs the same and a reason not to purchase the game for ps3. I'm patiently waiting to find out the truth. I've wanted this game for a while and am trying to keep up with all the new revelations on how the game will look and play.

If you are having a problem with your demo I suggest switching to full rgb/adjust your brightness settings.

Not really since Crytek is creating a 360 exclusive game as we speak in Codename:Kingdoms. I have a feeling Crytek and MS will be holding hands in the future like Epic does with MS and Gears. We could see some more exclusive IPs for MS from Crytek.

I would have considered to try it out on the PS3 at one time if it had Move support, just to see how such an hypotetical move support would have been implemented by them. But as it is, I will probably play it on a PC ...

I'm not getting it at all now. I'm just gonna replace it with Homefront or Dragon Age 2. I only needed the game to keep me occupied until Socom 4 releases which is awesome by the way. I'm also glad to see people going for the 360 version instead and others not interested in the game at all now. Nothing tells a developer that crappy ports ain't welcome more than people not buying the game at all.

Funny how you believe others who say crysis 2 is a crappy port but overlook the popular opinion that both homefront and dragon age 2 are mediocre games.... :/

Believe others???? Man I played both versions. Theres is no believing others I have seen it with my own eyes. Also I don't follow reviews or metacritic to tell me if a games good. I form my own opinion based on videos and demos of games that I buy. Reviews are unreliable in todays age. Both Homefront and Dragon age look interesting to me.
