The 360 can actually reach the PS2. 

can we do a third party one?

edit and that still dose not preclude the fact that the regular Version sold 7 Million plus.

That would be interesting. Top 30 third party exclusives and console-exclusives. I assume PS2 would come out on top, followed by Wii, 360 and PS3.

I know that, that's why I said "as well" in my post too. The point is that MGS2 is playable on the PS2 and Xbox, therefore it's not an exclusive. While the original release of MGS2 was indeed PS2 exclusive, Substance really is the same game at its core, hence MGS2 is not on the PS2 list in the original post.

The regular Version is and that sold 7 Million plus on its own so the sales can't be ignored.

Metal Gear Solid 2 was on 2 platforms. Saying they are seperate is like saying game of the year edition games are seperate from the originals.

Yes, starting tomorrow, I will do different types. The top 30 3rd party titles for the PS2/PS3/360/Wii will be first (although sadly, we know how the Wii's situation will look).

exclusive 3rd party is not as bad for the Wii as you think.

Well tell me this, did Wii Sports sell Wiis or did Wiis sell Wii Sports?

GT5 is a bundled title, so is Uncharted, so is Resistance, so is Forza, so is Mario. They shouldn't count?


What about doing it for things that were majority bundled.  Like if it sold 4 million, but 3 milllion were bundles.  I mean, the Wii numbers are QUITE different without Wii Sports, I don't think it gives an accurate picture.  It's dominance is overstated because of such a ludicrous tilt.

EDIT: That would probably mean Resistance wouldn't count either.

Also a lot of titles would disappear, if you put in bundled titles were not included, namely for sony, since they have had so many titles bundled briefly. Even microsoft would be hurt, since a lot of their top titles have been bundled. Nintendo would lose Wii Sport, Wii Sports Resort and New Super Mario Bros.

PS2 has the best games though. Look how crazy that list is. Gran Turismos, Final Fantasys (back when they were good), Metal Gear Solid, SOCOM, Ratchet...etc. Too many great games to list.
