I think its dumb that 360 games also on PC are removed. They are still games people enjoy on 360 and NOT PS3.

Ultimately, this is a 360 vs PS3 thread. So why does PC matter? Ridiculous logic.

To be perfectly honest its unfair because PS3 had no 1 year headstart either, so them selling less should be obvious since they have comparable userbase.

There are a lot of things wrong with the lists but it doesn't matter to me that much.

Because many people actually play games on their PC's and have a PS3. This is about exclusives, not "console exclusives"

But its just comparing 360 and PS3 libraries. If you wanna get down to the definition of "exclusive" though, how about this...

If PS3 was selling like past Playstation consoles there would be no reason to use this excuse. I mean did original Xbox and Gamecube fans make excuses like this?

Also, PS3 just doesn't have any franchises as big as Halo. Head start or not, that why 360 has a huge edge in software sales.

yes the op did, thats why i refuted his claim and said that this thread had a load of bs. he didnt have to come and add another game, because that could have caused a "this has been heavily bundled ".

Yeah someone has to be pro 360 since every thread has content filled with Sony defense force. I actually own both systems.

i know that you own both consoles. yes this site is overrun with sony fans and it is getting annoying. but what is also annoying are people who qoute without even reading the persons post.

this threads says exclusive.

it doesnt say "games which are on 360 but not on ps3" and vice versa.

Your making excuses as well though. An exclusive is defined as a thing that is only on one platform and yet you want to warp that definition so that it can benefit your argument or needs. Your earlier definition requires a designate andthe industry has always used exclusive as a term to describe an item that is only on a specific platform. 

Comparisons were made last generation, but it was also pointless, mainly because they barely sold anything and it'd be like bring sticks to a sword fight. Gaming message boards were also much less popular back then and sales numbers and data specifics were much harder to come by.



Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

There's no way xbox or gamecube could have made similar arguments because of the bolded "comparable userbase". Difference of 2.8 million - 4 million is not going to affect software sales that much.

And PS3 does have big franchises as Halo, GT 5 and prologue both have sold relatively well. MGS4, God of War 3 and Uncharted 2 have also sold well, around 4 million that is awesome considering its been like a year since GoW and 1 1/2 since Uncharted 2?

Apart from Gears and Halo 360 doesn't sell that many exclusives either, they are usually bundled like forza 2 and 3. Kinect sports did sell well though.

Head start is one reason why 360 has more overall software sales and in turn more exclusive sales. By the time this gen ends I am sure Sony will have more comparable exclusive game sales.

No one's making excuses, just stating facts.
