Umm for many guys here, including myself if I wasn't sticking to me abstinance idealogy would not have much of a chance with a 18 year old super model as many here are suggesting. But on a deserted island with only you two, well she'd want you pretty fast too.
Not to mention being the only two people on the island your relationship would grow alot faster then in modern society. You'd need each other something that rarely happens in an urban setting.
