The Demo didn't even load for me, like I couldn't get into a single match, it says network connection error every time.

You sure your NAT is open? I've played off my friends high speed connection and it took us a while to find a game on 360 too. Even longer waiting for the f'ing match to start, hopefully they'll listen to the feedback provided, because the MP was quite flawed as well, as long as you can put on the shield first = you win.

No that's the other problem, my NAT is moderate and it used to be open even for MW2.

It has something to do with this damn demo.

Crytek has stated multiple times that both versions would be identical, they're trying to sell their all-powerful tech to 3rd parties and this game is supposed to be the big reason why you would choose them over UE3. 

Well, I expected it, I said it many times. Crytek failed on the PS3 version, they really lost my respect with this. I mean, when there are small differences in multiplatform games between the 360 and PS3 version, that's not really something I would care about... But the PS3 version really looks like a joke compared to the 360 one...

I'll just rent it for 360...

Playing the Ps3 demo... jesus christ it's terrible, especially compared to the PC demo I played a few days ago.

I mean no offense to those who like it, but the graphics are blurry, the control scheme is odd, although I can probably change that, and the framerate kind of hurts my eyes, is it upscaling the framerate or something?

I'm not usually a very picky person, but this I found shockingly underpar with what I was expecting with all the talk of "the Ps3 is superior graphix" by Crytek

Just finished playing a multiplayer round and while I still have to reserve any judgement for the single player final release, I have to say that the demo certainly doesn't win any awards on the PS3 platform for best visuals.

While not a total blurry mess, it does look like a game rendered below 1280x720 with upscaling. The framerate was fairly standard for a console FPS and I saw no frame tearing, so the game is far from broken (it runs smooth enough for a console FPS) contrary to some early reports, but I wouldn't personally buy this for either console unless specificially to play people on XBL or PSN.

"Best visuals on console" is an exaggeration at best.

If you have a decent PC, I think it goes without saying which version you should buy.

please never compare a ps3 game to your pc lol... PC will always be superior. btw do you have killzone 3? amazing graphics don't ya think?

I don't know exactly why, but the demo hurt my eyes. Definitely I didn't enjoy it.

eh as this is an early test we cant really tell. Would rather tell full vers side by side. But I do think they are aiming to take over UE3 but again it may be 360 centric.
