Right now, It's twitch. I bought him recently and he is a real force to be reckoned with if ignored. My favorite of all time is Ezreal.

Right now I play Ashe exclusively, shes a nice versatile champion.

SSJ whats your Lux build that gets you 2K damage, 23 second ult?

My friend plays Shen and Warwick and makes good use of both.

Simple math my good sir, Lvl 3 ult = 40 sec CD, you can get a max 40% CD reduction, thus 24 sec cd. Not sure how he got 23.....

Lvl 3 ult = 500 damage ( .85 * AP)

So somehow he got 1200ish AP. So this all varies on items, and other auras and elixirs etc etc

I played my friend's account for the 2k damage lux, as Im still only level 12 and he is 30 with good runes and all 30 masteries.

Tons of ability power runes, cooldown runes, masteries set to cooldown and ability power increases.

Sorc Shoes, Morello's Evil Tome, rababons x2, Void Staff, Mejai's Soulstealer.

it actually breaks down to 23.4# but rounds down to 23 basically since its below 23.5.

Except that it is not. LoL is a dumbed down game that's been made easier for the scrubs. Call me when you lose gold upon death.

LoL is also free. And you have to work for your gold. I can go half the match with only being able to afford tier 1 items if i don't kill minions at all. Which can happen mattering the enemy champs.

Also LoL's menus are cleaner. I hated the DOTA mods for WC3 so me liking LoL is odd.

It doesn't matter when and how you get an item, the relative difference in power of champions matter. In DOTA, if you didn't kill mionons you were at just as big if not bigger disadvantage than in LoL. Considering that LoL is far more forgiving, you don't lose gold when killed, it does not punish mistakes as much as DOTA, and is therefore scrub friendlier.

Price and menus have absolutely no bearing on gameplay so they are utterly irrelevant.
