The report kind of lacks any details. But i got to ask, what do they consider a pc game? Are they counting facebook or flash type games?



I was just about to post this myself. Makes you wonder what would have happened if Microsoft hadn't bothered with the Xbox at all and just stayed with just the PC.

I'm thinking most of the revenue comes from free mmos free browser games.



PC Gaming should now be bigger than home consoles, revenue-wise. PC Gaming is KING!!

I think they're going to be monstrous. Not quite as big as Gabe himself though...



What's been particularly impressive about Steam is that the average weekly high has grown from about 2.6 million users to over 3.5 million users in just 6 months. It wasn't so long ago that 3 million was breached for the first time, now that's commonplace.



Come on Gabe, just realize some damn Steam numbers.
