Here has lot of stupid fan boys. Do you think this game is call of duty black ops?

2 years is very stupid prediction.

Make some accounts:

6.2 milion now.

I assume the game sales a 20k average (a very optismitic assume)

This give to us 190 weeks to reach 10 milion (almost 4 years)

If assume 15k average (more realistic, now some weeks sell 10k)

This give 253 wekks to reach 10 milion,  more than five years.

If you have 15k every week for five years !!!!!

The question is the game don't popular appeal as COD series have, and PS3 software sales a low comparared with other consoles. I think that only COD BO reach 10 milion in PS3.

To do this in 2 years the game have to sell 38k in average.

You forgot price cut, bundle, holidays in your math.

Sorry dude but GT5 will sell 10 million.

Tomorrow is Sony FY report... I want to see how VGC is accurate with GT5 (yeap... I think it undertracked here).

Some seriosuly heavy bundling is very probable though, after which... who cares?   (Yes I know all big games get some kind of bundling, but I am talking major bundling here)

Polyphony Digiltal is the only developer I know that updates every quarter the shipped number of it games.... so I guess in this case the numbers are quite accurate and the best way to see how sales of these games are going.

That's no estimate, guesstimations, there are no adjustments... just real, accurated and updated numbers.

I will love to see one day every other developer/publisher doing the same thing.

Like GT4 here is undetracked because it's unclear which region of the sales came... after all VGC update it number based in shipped released by PD.
