oh and one small note that most developers ignore, just hire a guy who speaks arabic to do the texts for you !

@ 00:23 it says ف د Ù† Ù‚ wtf is that  ? its فندق which means hotel , and btw this looks like it is set in Iraq and Kuwait probably Gulf War era 

and its also going to be set in the Niger since that add on is called "Karkano" it might also be another typo of Karkani which is in Pakistan , since i don't see anything interesting to have it set in Niger, since the whole place is a desert wasteland (if you seen the movie "Saharah" thats Niger)

 

Edit : Lawl i can't even see teh arabic text that i wrote, its all squares and U's . well its like saying H O L E T instead of Hotel (and yes they also did it with spaces L I K E  T H I S)

Edit again : on another look , some of the scenes look like Kurdistan which to be honest is one of the safest places in Iraq along with the north of iraq, also this might lead to missions thats about protecting Oil  factories since.

Also Kurdistan is linked between Iraq and Turkey by a province called Batman (Yes batman) which seems to be in one of the scenes as well

Yeah, I hate it when developers just don't give a damn about correct arabic spellings. It's our freakin' language, damnnit!

I once read in DICE's developer blogs that one of the maps/levels will be set in tehran, so I think the setting is probably Iran.
