Xbox are reportedly offering full games to those who purchase a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Priced at £31.99, Microsoft is offering a choice of the following games:

*Halo Reach

*Fable 3

*Kinectimals

*Kinect Sports

According to online reports, within a week of subscribing you will be sent instructions to redeem the game of your choice and it will arrive via post in between 8-10 weeks.

We're unsure how long this offer will last and it can be spotted on the Dashboards of current Free account holders.

It's on the Dashboard of Gold Members, too.  I already own both games and I plan to renew but I think it's pretty cool that they're doing that.

To those of you that just re-subbed, I bet it's only for new accounts, anyway.  Unless you wanted to start back over from the beginning with no Achievements and stuff, it probably wouldn't have effected you......unless I'm wrong.  If that's the case, fuck you M$!

Well if it also appears on the Gold members dashboard wouldn't that mean that it's for anyone that renewes even those who have already been gold members for a while. Mine runs out on 26th of Feb but I was not planning to renew until about June.. This might change my mind.

Don't be so sure. I went to college fest two years ago, and the MS booth was just giving games away. 

I myself got like 8 copies of mass effect, 3 viva pinata expansions, and some other games.

MS just give away their product.
