I think the main reason Joystiq is crap is because almost nobody there trusts VGChartz. They spout out the most random bullshit and never have numbers to back it up. I'd point them to these numbers and graphs and they'd laugh at me.

i post a bit in gamespots system wars sometimes, but some of the users there are such dickhead fanboys that i can't stand that place for long periods of time.

and the mods over there will ban you around the clock. i got suspended for typing a message in caps lock once, and just recently i got suspended for posting a single emoticon :( apparently thats trolling.

I stopped looking at the comments on those sites months ago(engadget is ok) but I knew there was trouble wit hthe whole system when I found wiifanboy articles more anti-nintendo then the average sony/MS fans on this site. I guess it is all about being informed . Most people here understand that, egads, the consoles serve different markets with different tastes.



Final* Word on Game Delays:

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.

Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.

Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.

After over 2 years of posting at Gamespot I've made about 250 posts (most in the PC/PC HW and Wii areas, in totalformat I've done about the same after almost 5 years.

I really like Vgcharts, it's become my main posting forum - as most people haven't a clue who I am even here - it shows how little I post on forums.

It's great that you and so many others have made this site your home
