Of course they will, they are a fricking huge corporation.  But really who gives a shit?   Sony probably figures they will lose anyway.    As long as Geohot has a few decent lawyers he will probably win.  It will take months to years either way because the only thing that Sony wants to do is tie him up in court and drag it out as long as they possibly can to cause him grief.   

The longer this goes the worse it makes sony look in the eyes of a lot of people.  IMHO its a lose lose for Sony either way.
