Ok, where to start? Just a quick mentioning, I DONT GIVE 2 SHITS if I get banned for this because im sick and tired of this happening to me every time iplay DS, and this is MY OPINNION ON THE GAME AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE GAME.So mods, please dont give me any of your trolling bullshit.this isnt trolling, im giving the reasons on why i think what sucks about this game.

Anyway, this has got to be the worst multiplayer game ever to be put on disc. Sure, those hint messages are cool and sometimes they can be funny, and blood stains are kinda cool (thou useless in 99% of the time) but THE FUCKING PLAYERS and the RETARDED ONLINE UNBALANCED GAMEPLAY... let me explain to you why FROM SOFTWARE, if they have any decency and humanity left in them, should shut down servers forever and cancell Dark Souls!!!

I recently finished New Game with bad ending, I was excited because I'll finally get to try my new red stone that lets me challange other players and lets me summon black phantoms. So i started New Game , defeated Phalanx, defeated Tower Knight etc etc talked to Monumental...After all that, i used my 450k of souls i gained from completing NG and upgraded my character by 6 soul levels (i was soul lvl 112), after that i was finally able to try out my red Stone. so i ran quickly to 4-1 (Shrine of Storms), knowing its one of the most actvie parts of the game willed with blue and black phantoms. So i put my red stone on the ground. it didnt take long to get summoned. I was summoned in another players world with 2 blue phantoms watching him. I tought they would all attack me but they just sit there and let the player in body form fight me(quite the helpfull community are they not?). I was waiting for him to make the first move but he didnt. So i attacked him taking about 1/5 of his health with one basic attack, he rolled away, attacked me, hit me, so i rolled away, came back performed 1 strong attack and 2 normal attacks. he lost about 90% of his health, so he tried to attack me, i rolled away and just as i was to strike him down and kill him a WONDERFULL THING happend... his health magically refils to 50% without him doing shit (he didnt do take any herbs, he couldnt have, i was hitting him, he was basiclly dead) and somehow, he manages to strike me and take about 80% of my health. So yeah...while i was attacking him he managed to fill his health and strike me with strong attack AT THE SAME TIME in the time ratio of 1 FUCKING SECOND while not doing anything. Than i tried to roll away but his 2 blue phantoms surronded me and i died <---- Soul sucked by 1 level, because of either a cheating asshole, or retarded From Software servers-

^^But is this the reason  why is the multiplayer a mixure of a horse and elephant shit together? Absolutely not. I wouldnt get so pissed about because of one soul level.

''Never mind'' I said to my self... I'll just keep collecting souls, defeating demons, killiing bosses,etc etc... But than i saw 2 blue soul signs, so i summoned them, and they appered on screen. After waiting 10 minteus for them to go, one just returns to his world and the other abbandoned me little later on. So i was left alone by these helpfull players whs purpose was only to fuck with people. So i return to the beginning and find another soul sing. I summon this guy and he seems pretty alright...we fight our way to the boss, but the boss kills me...Fair enough, it was my fault, nothng to brag about there. SO i used stone of ephermal eyes and gain my body back. I saw 2 soul signs and  summoned them, than one of the blue phantoms messages me and tells me I should summon some black phantoms. So I do it. The phantom appears, it was the guy who helped me with the boss. He didnt attack at first, I tought he was gonna quit, but than he attacks me while the other 2 dickheads just sit and watch. I fight him somehow, it was pretty tough, but here is the thing that pisses me off the most in fighting these assholes...UNFAIR AND UNBALANCED COMBAT. There is absoluetly no way or me to stop their attack AT ALL. No matter what weapon, magic or enhacement I use i can never break the enemies attack.If thez get me in a combo, i cant neither strike them back nor use a shield. THEY HOWEVER (pay ettention, this is the part that pissed me off the most) can ALWAYS BREAK MZ ATTACK, NO MATTER WHAT I TRY. THEY ALWAYS WIN! Even when i DO STRIKE THEM and THEY DONT EVEN TOUCH ME, i still lose health BECAUSE THEY ATTENDED TO ATTACK ME but they just didnt touch me because my weapon is much faster and quicker. So there is absouletly no way i can do anything to protect myself and not lose health, because one way or another, I always loose health, even when they dnt hit me.They just have to swing their weapon and be at least 4 meters away from me. That pisses me of so much i nearly threw my PS3 out of the window. GOD, I FUCKNG HATE WHEN developers or servers favurite another player and disadvantige the other. FUCK YOU FROM SOFTWARE!!!! GO FUCK yourself and your un balanced gameplay.Just because i dont farm every level  and every boss till my eyes melt out like a no life loser with OCD, and i dont use noob cowardly Dragon Bone Breaker or Northern Relicia doesnt mean i should be treated like a a less of a player and customer than anyone else, you retards. FUCK YOU PEOPLE>

But was this that made me snap? Oh no, there is more. So i was typing the message to see why didnt the blue phantom helped me against the black one. His said its about ``honor`` and red stone should only be used fighting 1vs1. So i ask him, why the fuck do you even put blue soul sing if you dont wanna help anyone. I didnt get a respons (i told you it was a wonderfull community). So i summon another black phantom and another thing that pisses me off to beyond human imagination happens...FUCKING KILLS AND BACKSTABS FROM 10 METERS AWAY. SERIOUSY, WHAT THE FUUUUCK???? This happens in every match i play against black phantoms. It DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. I was alomst dead and i needed full moon herb to fill my health meter but than this whore kills me with about 4 meters away, his katana didnt even touched me. WHY DONT I HAVE THIS FUCKING ABILITY, huh? Why am I less of a human that the other player? This happens to me EVERY FUCKING TIME, especially with Dragon Bone Breaker and Katana swords. Oh, did I also mention that i can get back stabbed even when when i am face to face with opponet? Thats right, you dont need to be behind me to backstab me, you dont even have to be anywhere near my back! Why? Because DS multiplayer is a wonderfull game filled with dedicated players and perfect servers. 

But is it this that pissed me off this much? No, not quite there yet.

So i was typing a message to a friend when i saw the message saying ``The black pahntom xxxxx has invaded`` I think, ``ohshit quit the message, quit the message FAST, NOW GOD DAMN IT`` but it took me 10 seconds to even get out of message menu (for the record it takes me about 4/ seconds to get out of message and XMB when i play Black Ops) but NOOOOOO. So this retard (who did, oh suprise suprise, have a Dragon Bone breaker sword) backstabs me but he doesnt kill me, i still have some helth left. So i get up quick and  i start to run to refill my health, but OH NO WAIT WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING, that piece of shit hits me with his retarded hammer from at least 5 meters, and so I DIE before i could recover my 55k of souls. Being alreadz so pissed because of everything (and the fact that I am out of stones of ephermer eyes) I messege this asshole simply with the word ``pussy``. So he calls me a noob and says i puy mr red stone on 4 1 (Shire on storms) So i do. I see that little cunt, si  i run to him and start slashing shit out of him, he rolls away, starts running like a pussy he is, and one of his blue phantoms backstabs me. Since i am in soul form, i die immedietly. So i message this little shit saying no bullshit, 1vs1 only, keep Blue phantoms out. So i put my red stone and this time, there are 2 blue phantoms, but they dont attack me. I go straight at this little bitch , only this time he fights back, but hes nothing so quickly reduce his health biy his fucking phantmos were quick to react, just jumped at me and slashed the shit out fo me.

And Ive benn soul sucked enough times to lose all my upgrades i gained when i completed NG . (those are 450k of souls btw) and there it is... I lost everything, im back from where i started. This experience made me so sick of  demon souls multiplayer, the game feels so abysmal right now, i dont thini i could ever come back to it.

EDIT> I dont think of Demon Souls single player as bad IN ANY aspect, i completed the game twice and i put well over 50 hours in it, but THE FUCKING MULTIPLAYER. If you play this game,(which i would recommend) I personally highly recommend u to do it in offline mode

it does it damn sure does!..... how do you think everybody got so damn good? doing everything you CHOOSE NOT TO DO!... I cant stand ppl like you you bitch and moan becase you choose not to play the game right and blame everybody else. DS is the definition of a grind fest and if you dont do it prepare to get your asds handed to you.. and interet players you dont know screwed you over? tough luck that life on DS

the only valid point is the connection issues been hit nearly  a half a screen away has happened to me too but that haopens to evrybody... remember DS may popular but it has a B class budget( proabaly lower) so take into account that teh servers arnt that great.

This thread is exactly why Demon's Souls online is the biggest piece of epic win in the history of existence.

They had a simmilar soul lvl, they had a better shield but i had a better weapons (Schmitar 10)

The first time you invaded that dude and how he magicly got 50% of his health back...If I remember correctly, there's a magic that once casted, stays on you until it is used. How is it used? Well once your health depletes to Zero, the magic comes in and revives you with 50% health, giving you another chance.

I do agree with you,however, on the fact that you got stabbed like 10meters away. That happened to me a lot of times, but i knew how to counter it...Just by not exposing my back. But yes, that is a legit problem with the servers, and not the player so as I said, I agree.

To conclude, as harsh as it seems and judging by the rant...Demon's Souls Online Community has owned you..=/. I say get your revenge :D
