Red from Pokemon Gold and Silver

I was expecting more Ganon and Bowser..

I'll give a few some limelight because I doubt most will mention them.

Fire Dragon (Fire Emblem 7)

Dark Bowser (M&L: BIS)

Steven (Pokémon RSE)

Evice (Pokémon Colosseum)

Marx (KSS/KSSU)

__More popular ones__

Master Hand (SSB)

Giga Bowser (SSBM)

Mother Brain (Super Metroid)

and of course Ganon and Bowser from just about any Zelda game or Mario title, respectively, with them.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Either ~Twinrova from Ocarina of Time

            or

          ~ Stallord from Twilight Princess.

Both are very awesome bosses :D .

Ganon in Ocarina of Time.

I agree.  That is my favorite boss battle in the history of gaming.

Probably defeating Ganon with a bottle in OoT

Also, NSMBwii's final boss battle with Bowser was fairly awesome!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Definitely Ganon from OoT.

Ganon and Bowser in SMG2 just love the music and the fights were awesom!

Metroid Prime as well!

ganon in ocarina of time, ganon in tp come close

I'm waiting for the dragon in AR games.

I can't wait to see a large-scale multiplayer version of that. Can you imagine it? You go out to a football field or wide open area with 4 to 8 friends and, with the 3DS, you fight against a giant 50 foot dragon that pops out of the real-world ground.

Is that even possible? I don't know, but it sounds freaking cool doesn't it?
