Not a 2011 game, but yes, GT5 could potentially outsell some of these even if you pretend it's at zero and start couting from today on.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception then Little Big Planet 2 followed by Killzone 3.

and the Last Guardian is the dark horse is this list, because it will sell more than any of those games in Japan, so worldwide totals could end up being the highest; i doubt it because it dosent have seem to have mass market appeal like Uncharted here in the west. but i think it could do really good numbers if its marketed well.

and i would like to see Twisted Metal do really well, but not sure how well recieved it will be. it could be a record high for the series because of a lot of the new features we've been shown. and hopefully Infamous 2 does really well as well; might pick it up myself!!

Uncharted 3, the only other one with any potential is Versus XIII if that come out this year, which is rather unlikely

Uncharted 3 by far has the best chance of being the best selling PS3 exclusive.

A spin off thats following 2 bad games in the main series, I doubt it and it's probably not even going to be out in japan this year, personally I think LBP2 has a chance of outselling it LT since I can see LBP2 having better legs 

I'm pretty sure it'll be Uncharted 3.

The series has grown into a powerhouse franchise since Uncharted 2 was generally recognized as the Game of the Year of 2009. And as a direct result, Uncharted 2's sales have been incredible. I expect Uncharted 3 to outdo it's predecessor by fairly large margin.
