I sure hope they pump out a lot of those babies, I am not buying it on launch though. There is nothing I want to get on it until Zelda, RE and kid icarus

So basically ever launch sale will be a preorder?

Not suprising. I remember prior to Wii's release it was sold out everywhere. Of course when Wii launched my EBGames only got 10 in and all of them were pre-ordered. However with 3DS EBGames says their getting fourty in. However those are also already pre-ordered.

I didn't know Walmart took pre-orders but I guess they do. So I'm not suprised in the least that it's sold out. If you want one at launch and don't wanna pay a premium on EBay you better get your butt out and pre-order ASAP. I'm not worried however because my pre-order was made months ago.
