Yes 3DS looks most likely at this stage but you never know Square-Enix might have shifted development to PS3 because of poor of sales of JRPGs on Wii.

It is being ported to the Ipad, but both the WII, PS3 and 3DS versions are being cancelled!

I know it's wishful thing.

I just wont a DQ Game in HD XD

but I agree that 3DS is the best option for DQX since DQIX did 4.5Mill in Japan on DS.

No, it's Nintendo Wii-exclusive, and it will stay that way.

Nintendo are likely Publishing the game, like DQIX, why would they allow it on the PS3, and hurt their console and HW sales in Japan?

Nintendo doesn't publish DQIX in Japan. They did it in the West so that SquareEnix would release the title, because SE would never have if Nintendo hadn't paid all the communication and advertising behind it.

I'm well aware of this. But Nintendo won't let a franchise which has been so profitable for the DS in Japan slip into another console. 

3DS? Maybe, but even that's unlikely. They'll have been developing it for a while now, why would they change because of a new console release? and DQX is probably the last big JRPG for the Wii, Nintendo won't let it go

Yes, LOTS of wishful thinking.

Next gen they'll be a DQ game in HD, for now, there's plenty on the DS and a new one coming for the Wii, I believe it's called DQX

Let's wait and ask this after E3 OK?
