this game looks so awesome. i wasn't really interested in it before but after watching that, its been elevated to a first day purchase for me :)

i love the presentation and the story and the graphics and the cheezyness and the gore (my favourite part)

every wii owner needs to buy this game and support quality third party software.

Looks crazy as usual. I still can't shake the feeling this game is kind of a tongue-and-cheek parody of a lot of modern games designed to appeal to the "core" gamer audience.

Whole premise is like one big nerd fantasy. Otaku wins lightsaber on eBay and decides to become a killer with the help of moves he learns from wrestling videos. I know in an interview Suda saying Travis is basically a child in a man's body in terms of maturity. Like if Travis is a bit of jab at the "I'm Mature for playing M-rated games crowd”.

The odd jobs look like a joke on all the bitch work in a lot of games in general make you do. I’ve lost count of the games where you play some tough as nails bad ass whose stuck doing thinly veiled fetch quests, deliveries, and such for a large portion of the game.

Of course I’m just guessing all this on what I’ve seen in the videos, but the more I see, the more I think it’s kind of a big punchline. I think both Nintendo Power and IGN said it’s pretty funny, so I don’t think I’m stretching a whole lot.

Guess I’ll find out in February.

I've heard that the fighting is fun and doesn't get old and the humor works. It also looks like a fairly "hardcore" type of game so I'm not expecting it to light up the sales charts. I'm just hoping that it's worth the 12 hours or so it takes to finish (more like 16 hours for me) and gets enough sales for more titles like this.

Getting it on day 1. It's incedible how much the Wii appeals to me. I am actually happy owning it only. Although I would like to get one of the other consoles - which ever it is. Especially for the Insomniac and Naughty Dog games.. been a fan of these two developers since the PS1 days!

The best thing about this game is that it looks like it's coming to Europe ONLY 3 weeks after the US. Oh wow, can't remember when we last got screwed that little with great games.

The preview making me want it even more isn't helping. Too bad our version apparently won't have blood in it. ;___;
