Absolutely worst case senario is that Sony is going to have to pay royalties, there's no way the ps3 is going to get banned lol, I wouldn't be surprized if MS was funding this lawsuit though

Why's that? In case you haven't noticed, the 360 throttles the PS3 in the Americas on a regular basis.

Because MS wants to hurt Sony since ps3 is gaining ground world wide and they are familiar with US laws, it's not that hard to figure out a motive...
