The Last Story has been released a few days ago in Japan.
We all now there are many great games for the Wii on their way in Japan ... just not in February 
all part of nintys plan to make the last story a big hit.
what a shame.
Being in 3rd place never felt so good
They just released The Last Story, last week. For February/March, I think Nintendo(and many third parties) are focusing all of their efforts on getting games out for the 3DS launch on Feb. 26th. Once it's out things should stabilize again between the Wii/3DS and DS with the number of DS releases gradually decreasing.

It seems almost like Nintendo aren't even trying in Japan any longer. Get off the couch!
That's just how they do it in Japan: M. Bison = Vega, Vega = Balrog, Balrog = M. Bison, Wii = Xbox.

I think that's funny, everyone keeps making games on 360 despite the fact that it won't sell as well on it.
