The Home button at top and the screen indicator points on the left look like Android, and with Sony mentioning Android the other night it, and the fact that it doesn't appear to have the XMB makes me wonder....

While its a good probability, android is not the only thing that has that kind of bar at the top. I wish they had an option to switch to XMB. I love that thing.
