The Playstation 9 is here!

Yes god please yes. PSP is my favorite handheld. Two analog sticks, awesome titles. Screw the 3ds, im getting this.

Slightly disappointed, seems I would push this purchase back a couple of years, since it appears it does ports more than anything (my main problem with the psp).

Also I need price information, if this is $300 and above for more than 2 years, I can't do it. If this some how is $250, I will purchase it near launch. 

I know sony fans go crazy for this kind of stuff, but why do you want exact same console games on handhelds?

Looks sleek, dig the return to thumb cotnrols.  Does remind me of an ipHone from tech standpoint, but with a known game company designing it (As Apple is awful with game support)

As for the price, I'm sure they are going to have to make at least SOME profit on it, given the massive hits they took from PS3 hardware sales int the first half of its existence. Price-wise, I'd guess $350-$400 US, which personally, would keep me away financially. Of course, I've never been much of a handheld person - my hands are too big =D

I wouldn't mind FF7 remake on this....I also hope Sony doesn't do the dumb thing and price this above the 3DS they already have enough going against them in this battle...

Question.....wasn't the 3DS filled with Ports and everyone was still going crazy?

I wonder if we'll see 'double play' packaged games for any games which come out on both systems. For an extra ~£10 you get the PS3 version of the game with the NGP version also included? Could really help software sales for the system and encourage people to buy the PS3 version of multiplat games.

A lot of people who were against 3DS filled with ports, are going crazy here, so I have no idea. Personally I don't like ports as the main feature, I need original line up as well.

Given I will be the first one to buy games like Abyss 3D, or Uncharted NGP (which sounds like Nintendo device.... god sony why did you add N to it.) If a handheld main draw are those ports, than I will wait. Basically a handheld has to offer me something I can't find anywhere else. 

the sotfware line up isnt officialy anounced, its not just going to be ports.

Well, I have to really wait till e3 to made a sound judgement. One of my concerns was actually answered awhile ago, and I have the option to get cheaper non 3G model.
