To clarify:

  • Exclusive means in Japan, EMEAA or America. It only needs to be released in 1 region to count
  • It has to be released in this calender year in a new territory to count. So, Kirby's Epic Yarn would count, as would Xenoblade, if they were released in Europe, as they haven't been released there yet
  • It can't be released on another console this gen. So Mass Effect 2 PS3 doesn't count, but the Sly Collection does. (I think...)
  • You can predict at any time, however, you have to predict BEFORE the game gets a review on Metacritic
  • You can choose upto 3 games. I shall put the games voted for in a list, next to those who voted for them
  • I'm using Metacritic. 
  • This can be any console (3DS, PSP, PSP2, 360, PC, PS3, Wii, DS)
I'm gonna vote for Zelda, Skyward Sword, Ocarina Of Time, and go a bit left-field and say The Last Story
So, what do you reckon? Vote below!

I think Uncharted 3 has a shot it should at least tie Uncharted 2

Guild Wars 2 (PC)

Uncharted 3 (PS3)

Gears of War 3 (360)

Those are my three guesses for now, but there is going to be a ridiculous amount of highly rated games this year, so it'll be hard to get it right I think.

Gears of War 3 will score about 90. Give or take 1 point.

Kingdom if it ever does come this year is an interesting contender, but again, it's a new IP so no base to establish a prediction upon.

Imo Uncharted 3 has a good shot at highest metacritic score for an exclusive.

I can't think of any Wii exclusives other than Zelda that have potential to score highly, maybe The Last story, but it hasn't been announced in the west yet.

 

Uncharted 3 95, give or take 1.

Gears of War 3 90, give or take 1.

Zelda has a good chance at topping 90 too.

But no, I agree. They'll be a lot of highly-rated games this year I feel, but it's choosing which will be the best...

To say OoT's still the highest rated game of all time, that's a good bet!
