Patience and hard work can go a long way.

In February 2007 when I decided that waiting for normal stock levels of Wii wasn't coming any time soon, it took me one day to find one through aggresive calling of local retailers.

People are just lazy.

I have mine pre-ordered however I did not pay in full. Fact is I want to see what kind of trade in deal EBGames offers for DSi. Every time a new console comes out EBGames offers a trade in special for the last gen console. Usually 50-75$ so I am waiting for that deal.

P.S I have a DSi and DS:Lite I will be trading in my DSi but keeping my Lite!

i think ill hold out on this one, even though i highly doubt i'd ever purchase a psp2 over the 3ds, I think its silly to pick the 3ds over the psp2 when i haven't even seen the psp2 yet. ill give them both a solid year on the market, evaluate what has happened and what is likely to happen software and hardware wise for the handhelds in the future and then make my decision. Plus im not risking a australian pre order, lord knows the price will be way bumped up out here.

thats how mine is.  sitting on pre-order and will be billed when shipped.

be nice to know in pre-ordered things where you stand though.  would hate to be sitting there months or even weeks after WAITING for inventory to get something i pre-ordered months ahead

1. Found 100 dollars on the sidewalk. How lucky is that?

2. Cancelled my paid-off Zelda Wii preorder seeing as it's not coming out anytime soon.

3. Will trade in my DSi XL for a $100 dollar credit at Gamestop.

It all adds up to $250. Can't wait!
