Today I noticed it for the first time. After having a shower and shamppoing my hair I saw lots of scalp when I brushed my hair up. Then I got worried so I checked the back of my hair with my iphone camera, took a picture. You know at the back of your head there's usually a small bit of whit scalp in a circular shape, that part seemed like it was a bit bigger.

Is this just my hairline maturing or am I going bald! What should I do, I'm only 23, I can't go bald under any case. Is there a surgery that can be done or medicines?

Get a prescription from your dermatologist for Proscar (not Propecia because it is very expensive)  or a generic of Proscar to save even more money.

This should cost you 60-75 Euros for 500(!) days.

P.S.

Finasteride works only if you'll take it as early as possible, which seems to be the case for you.  And its impact  is more prophylactic than anything else. If you will wait a couple of years and have lost a good portion of your hair it will be to late and it will NOT come back through Finasteride.
