I think it will be about the same,a bit lower maybe, depends when the price-cuts happen.

The fact is every console receive some kind of adjustments after the quarter fiscal report ref. the holiday period (Oct-Dez). Make predictions with actual numbers is nonsense for me.

Adjustments that can go upwards or downwards, so your "PS3 is undertracked" isn't a fact.
I expect it to close this year

So when I or you said PS3 in this thread? I said undertracked/overtracked is a fact for all consoles... don't put words in my mouth ;).

There really is no point. Trust me.
Imo unless there is a pricecut for PS3 it will remain around the same, if there is a price cut for both system I think it may dip below 4m. All I think is that unless PS3 closes the gap by the end of next year then it has no chance to do so until the end of the generation, but it'll be a bit pointless by then.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
Due to the strong momentum from Kinect and the lack of any momentum from Move, I think 360 will increase the gap on PS3 in 2011 by at least a million units.
I think Sony will do a pricecut at the end of 2011, then it would be 2 years since the introduction of the Slim and 299$ pricecut. I think the PS3 will get a pricecut to 199$ around september 2011. Ofcourse a 199$ pricecut will be obvious if Sony expects the PS3 to sell like 20 million or so.
fiscal 2009: 13 million
fiscal 2010: 15 million
2011: -15/16 million without pricecut, 19/20 million with pricecut? I think so.
Btw, when will Sony say how much they expect to sell next fiscal year? Fiscal 2010 ends in march, so I think right after it?

Why no point? If the actual GAP (5M) not grow and continue the same (3.6M) after adjustments... or became even lower (3.2M)... so I can't make a prediction now and for me that's a real point.
I predict that the gap will grow by 1.8 Million in 2011.
The gap between 360 and PS3 will be 6.8 Million in 360's favor end of 2011.
