I see. 3rd parties won't make games for PSP2?

Of course they will, but that's only reinforcing my point. Without a PSP2, there would be more developers available to work on PS4 games. Having both, a home console and a portable, will inevitably split up resources and instead of having one strong platform you run the risk of ending up with two relatively weak ones.

I see what light you getting at.

but what would be the financial equilibrium?

Probably better than in the last five years.

Oh shit, that's a real term?

Or are you just messing with me?

I think I would try to figure out a new vision for SONY and try to align their operations to that vision. Currently I feel that SONY is a bit of a mess in terms of R&D and products.

Also work on the culture within SONY especially their R&D.  I think they need to be more integrated and focus on innovation, which may be too much of a strech from their current operations. So it may need to be a long term plan.

They also need to invest heavily into consumer research.

I don't know. English isn't my first language. I haven't heard this one before, but I had no reason to assume that it isn't a real term, so I gave an adequate answer to what I thought it means.

LOL what did you think it meant?

Buy square enix and capcom. totally reconstruct both companies. I dont think the market value for either is very high.

1. You could dominate japan with squae and capcom exclusives exclusives like Final fantasy, dragon quest, monster hunter and kingdom hearts.

2.square owns eidos so IPs like hitman, deus ex,tomb raider and thief would all become sony exclusives.

3.capcom exclusives like street fighter, resident evil, and DMC would help in both eastern and western markets

I would also acquire smaller-mid size devs like quantic dream, sucker punch, insomniac, from software, platinum games over a 10 year period.

hire a far better ad team, fund them much better.

Copy Nintendo.

I thought SONY was aready acused of doing that.

Japanese Pop Culture Otaku

-Keep Monster Hunter exclusive for the PSP 2, this is vital for the japanese market.

-Pay for an exclusive Call of Duty, it doesn't have to be a "Modern Warfare" title.

-If possible buy Square Enix or at least keep Final Fantasy exclusive again.

-Bundle Sport Champions for Europe (What the hell Sony?)

-Price cut for November and new Slim model.

Heavily market/advertise in the US.  PS3 outsells Xbox360 in consoles sales outside the US.  Almost all of the multiplatform games sell better on the PS3 outside the US.  The xbox360 has such a substantial advantage in the US that M$ is winning in worldwide sales.  Sony should market all of the PS3 exclusive games on mainstream American TV (NFL, pretty all of the major sporting events, ESPN, and primetime networks ie CBS/NBC/ABC/FOX).  They should put an Uncharted 3 commercial in the Super Bowl.

Oh.

I would also buy Crash Bandicoot back from wherever it is now.

Put Naughty Dog onto bringing him back to life.

For me, first...

Make all classic PSO games have trophies.

Start putting PS2 games with trophies on PSN, along with many more PSO titles.

Release PS3-X (Xtreme) with a bit more memory to run games better (smoother); Would be glossy white. Also Release at $249.99 price tag, and drop old PS3's to $229.99 price tag.

Improve online experience, talking in a party, in any game(s). No restrictions for PSN members. PSN members who start a party can invite up to 2 players whom don't have PSN to the voice chat. I would try to make PSN feel more rewarding to just be an owner.
