Promise all my employees cake then flood the main branch with a deadly neurotoxin before ODing on heroin :(

But what if they try to stop you from flooding the main branch with the neurotoxins?

They will be baked... then we will have cake

I'd abort the PS4 and PSP2 then let the PS3 and PSP phase out when they start to lose significant market share/become unprofitable. Then I'd focus on producing a cheap high end smart phone to win market-share.

The games division was always more about Sony aiming more for increased high tech. market share and unfortunately for Sony the big growth has been in MP3 players followed by tablets and smart phones where they haven't done nearly as well. Since they've lost most of their market-share why continue dumping money into the games division?

A viral marketing campaign for sure: "Free psychologist service to all Xbox and Nintendo fanboy." lol (obviously joking)

Buy Versus XIII exclusivity for 1 or 2 billion dollars!

:P

Buy Quantic Dreams, get Naughty Dog, Santa Monica and Guerrilla Games to develop a new engine for the PS3, distribute that engine to 3rd party developers for free and teach them how to use it. Advertise Blu-Ray movies with Kevin Butler commercials :P. Get a Monster Hunter 1 year exclusivity on PS3 to give it a push in japan. 100 dollars price cut for the PS3 in November 2011 and introduce new colors everywhere. Get SCEA to develop a new firmware update that includes stuff like cross-game voice chat since everyone seems to be bitching about that (among other stuff) :P. Remove Copy-Protection from save files :S. Add support for NTFS external HDDs. Add the ability to deactivate a PS3 system from another PS3 without having to call Sony :P Well... a lot of stuff :P

A banner stolen from some site xD

Release Final Fantasy Versus XIII nowwwwwwwwww!!! lol :P

Can the PSP2, because competing in the handheld market does more harm than good. On one side Nintendo who dominate the software market and on the other side Apple who cover the multimedia functions. Investing time and money to fight an uphill battle just seems not to be worth it, those resources are better spent to regain the crown in the home console market where most of the money is to be made.

You can argue that the handheld business has been profitable for Sony, but it's much better to rule one market and not being present in the other one than being an also-ran in both.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

No PSP2 means all those developers are ready to start work on PS4 games.

Explain your reasoning...

All I know is I want to be able to play socom whenever I leave home. All I need is one game. That's all I want.
