Release the Super Wii this Year in Japan, its control scheme will be like a mixture of Kinect and the Wii Remote. It will offer body tracking, but accurate pointing/Motion controls to go with it. Most importantly, it will have buttons.

No need, Wii can go another two years, late 2012 at the earliest for the next Nintendo console, and it won't be a super Wii
Wii outsold the 360 by a huge amount, no need to worry about Kinect, Sony should be worrrying about Kinect

I find it beyond strange that people have claimed Kinect isn't pushing hardware when there is absolute proof it has in a MASSIVE way.
The 360 was pretty much down YOY the entire year up until the redesign which boosted it then began to drop off again, then once Kinect hit the system has been up by well over 100% YOY every single week. Also take into account its added millions in software sales and the 360 saw 2 weeks over 1 million in a row when it hadn't seen one ever before. Also MS has stated that this was the biggest holiday in the entire Xbox brand history. All of this mind you in only 60 days.
But your right Kinect isn't pushing hardware......

Still think Kinect is too early to call being successful though
Nintendo should keep doing what they always do best. They should keep making quality 1st and 2nd party games that appeal to their fanbase. They should also keep their hardware profitable to it keep them competitive. Currently, the Ninendo Wii is still a bigger success than the Xbox 360 and Kinect no matter how you try to spin it.

Yes no doubt in my mind Wii is the much bigger success, so far it is amazing that 360 has turned it around. And Secondly I agree that Nintendo should keep doing their own things, it seems to have worked so far.
