If anyone is interested in checking out SF Rush 2049, a port of the Dreamcast (read: best) version can be obtained as part of Midway Arcade Treasures 3 on the PS2, Xbox, and GC. I recommend playing on a system with which you have access to four controllers.

I got that for the PS2 since it and Hydro Thunder were on it, the rest of the games sure aren't treasures and had many problems.

I'm sorry, but if you're going to claim that Super Off-Road isn't a treasure, then I must say good day to you, sir.

It might of been in its original form but it suffered major frame rate drops which made it almost unplayable alot of the time in the arcade treasures.

Ah, you are referring to the quality of the port, not of the game itself.  I forgive you then, good sir.  You may go about your business unimpeded.
