I nearly wet my pants this morning when I saw it up for d/l on Indie games. Who's played it? Thoughts?

So far It's a improved version of Breath of Death VII with better music and save system (you can save anywhere this time, in BODVII you could only save in certain spots). The witty dialogue is still there.

Some people might be irked that the game is $3 vs $1 BOD VII but according to the developer it was due to size of the game - It's much longer and file size is bigger.

Just wish I could add it to my game collection on here.

Off Topic - Apparently Breath of Death VII sold 40k just over a month ago. Not bad for a $1 Indie Game. Hopefully this one does just as well.

Beat the game last night. It's defenitely a improvement over Breath of Death VII, even a bit more easier since you can now save pretty much anywhere. Easily worth $3.

No one else played this or Breath of Death VII? Come on guys, support this indie developer! They are great games.

Whats this game like/about?

It's a JRPG like dragon quest and the early FF games but it's also a parody of those games. Breath of Death and cthutlu have developed a cult following.

Indie Games have demos, so you guys can try the demo before buying. Basically what you see in the first few minutes of combat is how the rest of the game goes. It's about 10-15 hours depending on how much grinding/side questing you do. Breath of Death VII only took me five hours to beat, so It's 3x the length for 3x the price.

Great, i played Breath of Death VII for 5 hours and havenot beaten it yet. Will buy this soon.
