Inferior ports of games that hampered your experience

Total:0

The PS1 remake of Chrono Trigger.  I played through it again just to see the new cutscenes.  Turns out the only other thing they added to the game was several hours of lag.  Every time you start a fight, it takes about 10 seconds to load, and then every time you end a fight, it takes another seconds to load.  I would've been better off watching the scenes on YouTube and then playing the original on SNES again.

And I have a Mortal Kombat III game... for Game Boy.  2 buttons.  Horribly broken.  I'm still shocked that it actually got made.

Final Fight (SNES) - No Guy? No industrial stage? No 2-player? Seriously?

Guilty Gear X Advance Edition (GBA) - The extras are nice, but why is it on GBA instead of Gamecube & Xbox? Not to mention the backgrounds look atrocious & the music is NES-like.

Left For Dead 2 (X360 ) - I played splitscreen with a friend & it ended up looking pretty muddy & hard to see. I think I'll go back to the PC version.

the orange box for PS3, its bad but i didnt think it was unplayable should've just gotten PC version

Well I didn't buy it but I witnessed Bayonetta on PS3 myself in person my god it looked like it will piss the shit outta me with all the loading and framerate drops. So that's why I didn't get it.

However if Platinum Games mkae the PS3 version of Bayonetta 2 acceptable, then I'm more than willing to buy it.

@cross-x  I heard that there was a patch that fixed the problems, not that I was really impressed with the game anyway

didn't you see the SSB demo on GB? (it's fan made but it really looks like SSB ;op)

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO

Two Worlds (Xbox 360): It's just really bad.

Risen (Xbox 360): It's a little bit better than Two Words, but it's still pretty bad.

Turok (PS3): Looks and runs like a turd.

Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

Final Fight (SNES) - I was utterly shocked when I learnt it was a 1-player game. Playing beat-up in (at least) 2 player mode is a must! And Guy was not present (even though Cody is my favorite it still felt weird). Ended up playing it very little Final Fight, and Streets of Rage series on the Genesis made up for this anyway.

Mortal Kombat 3 (PS1) - Playing as Shang Tsung was forbidden among my friends. lol. Every time he morphed, the game would have to stop to load the other char, then once loaded, it had to load Shang Tsung again... so slow and annoying!

Lost Planet 1 - It was so glitchy. I still had fun with it though due to it having a decent story.

DA:O - The PS3 version sucks ass compared to the INFINITELY better PC version.
