I'll only list This Gen since there are far too many from previous gens.
Metal Gear Solid 4
Uncharted 2
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
God of War III
Heavy Rain
Final Fantasy XIII
God Of War 3-The beginning of the game being on top of Gaia and all the action was amazing.
Bioshock-When you see the water and theres a fish flopping around on the ground,I don't know why but my mouth dropped.
Metroid Prime(Best first person action game period)
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time(And this is with first getting it for the gamecube. Got it for preordering wind waker and spent far more time playing it then wind waker)
halo 3(first console game I played online, and by far my favorite console online experience)
Warcraft III(DOTA)
Bioshock(Most immersive experience ever)
Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 and 2(One of the most addicting rpgs I've ever played. Didn't have online for the gamecube but splitscreen with friends was more then enough.)
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion(For a good portion of my first playthrough I did not realize you could teleport using the map and I still loved every minute of it. The game is just ridiculously huge)
Going backwards. Gears of War, Shenmue and Donkey Kong Country.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Bioshock, Uncharted 2, Gears of War, Oblivion, Folklore, God of War 3, Bayonetta, Just Cause 2 (the environments are amazing), Fight Night Round 4, Killzone 2, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, Earth Defence Force 2017, Flower, Ocarina of Time, Mario Sunshine, Luigis Mansion, Earthbound, Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario 64 and many more. I am easily awed when it comes to games. Books, music and movie's rarely awe me, it's weird.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
Pokemon Blue, Shadow of colossus, Wii Sports, Okami.
That I recall, those were the games that I was truly mesmerized to be playing.
Half-Life 2: Somewhere a few hours in, right after I'd reached Ravenholm, I sat back from my keyboard and just said "wow." Actually, the entire Half-Life series is FULL of moments like that.
Europa Universalis III: When I opened up the country selection menu for the first time, I was awestruck at the amount of nations you could play as.
So profound is the effect that Okami has had upon me, I now recognize it as having marked the second of two of the defining turning points in my life.
Okami
To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made. I won't open my unworthy mouth.
