Look at N4G and see all the sensationalized hate articles aimed at GT5. GT5 is a very good game and you should try it yourself without pointing to BS metacritic numbers (GTAIV=98??, MW2=93/94??).

GTA 4 is worst game i ever played..

Its too boring and same mission over and over again.

As I said in the other thread. This is pure gold.

Now how do out numbers shape up, showing how many are on store shelves...

Americas -
Sold : 657k
Shipped : 1.25 Million

Europe/PAL/Asia (EMEAA) -
Sold : 1.75 Million
Shipped : 3.72 Million

Japan -
Sold : ~480k
Shipped : 550k

Total -
Sold : ~2.9 Million
Shipped : 5.52 Million

So about 2.6 Million units sitting on store shelves WW?

First off, it's shipped. Don't argue. GT series is popular, but not that popular. Secondly, at least VG Chartz gives us some indication of how much something has sold. If you think VG Chartz is so unreliable, go try and track the regional and worldwide sales of every game and major console on the market yourself.

Also, what is with everyone doubting official numbers. You know how we know their true, their official. Do you know how much bad press Sony would get if people found out they were lying in all their press releases about game and hardware sales. It would be huge. So don't say their lying when I'm sure Sony the publisher would know more about the sales of their games better than some guy sitting infront of his computer trying to tell everyone that his video game console is better than theirs.
