Nah i think it's like saying "Everyone did their best and we still won".

Can't wait for NPD numbers for November :D

Exactly and he wouldn't have said a word about it either. These guys get the numbers well before the public. I don't think he saying everybody did their best either. More like everyone will try to put the best spin on it.

I still think Vgchartz did the wrong thing by actually bothering to reply to Greenberg's one sentence about Vgchartz on Twitter. His job is to be a PR troll and the general rule of thumb is "dont feed the trolls".

Also, I don't think anyone should be surprised to see big X360 numbers. There were plenty of bundles, Kinect came out, and MS had big releases with Halo, Fable, and most recently Black Ops to ride off.

Fully expect 360 to be the best selling home console for November in the USA, I'm sure that's what Greenburg is anticipating. It'll be interesting to see how big a gap there is between Wii and 360. I expect DS will come out on top over all, though, which is mightily impressive given November makes it 6 full years since launch in the US.
