Well it took me 20 hours to finish Assassins Creed II and get 100% on it, which was Platinum.

Then the game is kinda short :(

I've put more than 60 hours on DK Returns and I'm still on 125% (200% is the max).

Above: still the best game of the year.

To me its been the best assassins creed game in the series. The locations are not as varied as AC:2 but there is a much larger variety of things to do. The missions are also varied and the story has good pacing, this is actually the first AC i finished(finished it in about 16 hours). They also blended online play into the game quite well, especially the training simulations where you can compete with your friends(killstreaks etc.). However the actual multiplayer isnt as good as the rest of the game, it feels less based on skill and more on luck imo. Oh and if u getting it for the ps3 it can get quite laggy at 1080p (not sure about xbox version) especially in crowded areas.

Overall though the game is great! I also didnt really have any hype or expectations for this game, i just got it on a whim but ive been playing it ever since :). The fact that it doesnt suffer from repetitive mission types like the other AC's is the biggest improvement for me and makes a big difference.

KILLSTREAKS ARE AWESOME :D

Killstreaks are pretty bad ass. I hope they keep them for AC3.

I finished up AC Brotherhood this morning, and it is my Game of the Year, right along side Mass Effect 2. ACII took the series to a new level, and this just built upon that. The ending was jaw dropping, and I can not wait to see where the series goes next year.

Why do you keep trying to promote DKCR in just about every post you make? Some of us really don't care, infact personally, I think the DK games are terrible, so stop making retarded comparisons...

hat(e)moza doesn't seem to like it, so it must be awesome.

I don't hate it. It just feel s like Assassin's Creed 2 all over again except I can ride horses in towns. I'm personally disappointed, in no way is the game bad.

Assassin's Creed 2 was awesome don't get me wrong. I'm just sad my once favorite franchise is taking the milk route.
