In england at the moment we have several adverts running for the PS3. Lets just say it sound like sony has already given up. Every one of these adverts just seems to talk about the Blu ray disc. For example in the jak and daxter advert the tag line seems to be "join jak and daxter on their new blu ray disc thingy" or something like that, not even mentioning or showing much of the gameplay.

Now I'm a nintendo fanboy and I've learned that the best way to win an arguement with a PS fanboy is to mention gameplay because they always fight back with either power or bluray, two arguements that are easily trumped by a list of great games.

Saying that a game is good because it's on a blu ray disc isn't going to connote good gameplay, the advert basically says the game is shit, even though I think while it's no mario galaxy it is still quite good.

I can't find the advert on youtube but it's not selling the game at all

I actually saw my first PS3 ad the other day, at the cinemas. They were dropping cars onto what looked like barrels. Then they cut to a picture of a PS3. That was basically it.

Just from the title, I was gonna say, for its games.

I know good games, that's why I have a PS3, so I can play warhark, motorstorm and resistance, all are good, but The advert it didnt sell me the game
