This is kinda hard, eventually it boils down to three choices, Kingdom Hearts: BBS, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Mass Effect 2.

Since i'm also leaving out of this equation both Gran Turismo 5 and Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals, due to low gaming time in them, I'm not yet ready to cast a final vote

God of War III

I would never have predicted this, but Kratos has violently asserted himself as the most incredible videogame character of all time in my mind.

I don't like action games. I don't like overly violent games. I didn't have GoW 1 or 2. But this has been nothing but mind blowing. On a good TV it takes your breath away. That first boss battle - MAN!

Red Dead redemption beats out Mass Effect 2, barely.

The game is so fun to explore and the glitches were hilarious instead of annoying like most games. What can I say I love open world games no matter what type.
