The last time i've had to trade a Pokemon back to myself that wasn't a trade before was Golem in Pearl (i had Machamp and Alakazam at later dates, but those were in-game trades). I should check...

The bonus only activates for pokemon with different Trainer ID than your own, so even if you do the trade back, the pokemon will still have your same Trainer ID.

actually wasn't that hard to get up to Eelektrik before Skyla herself, though i had to exhaust the whole gym aside (and she was all the easier with a 38 Krokorok and 39 Eelektrik)

Gotta remember to take that Lucky Egg away from it now...

non-issue, as i don't have a thunderstone, unless you can get more than one from that guy that gives the evolutionary stone for the Pan/Simi you picked up

Hmmm, given that you're on Mistralton city, you should have had at least one Thunderstone, as there's an easy one on Chargestone Cave.

Edit - If memory doesn't fail me, it should be located on B1F.

Thanks to that, Hydreigon has 2 Immunities, plus some 6 resistances as well. Hydreigon is a machine.
