It could be this year's Nerf-n-Strike.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.

Mario Paint Wii would actually make me pick one up for myself |
Can't Nintendo just let THQ make a new Mario Paint? I mean, they already allowed Square develop Mario Sports Mix.
Anyway, with a Mario Paint game uDraw can reach 10 million and become a "new balance board".

To be honest I would have to really really really take a close look if THQ made it. They do not scream quality games to me. I cant even really think of any of their games off the top of my head now that i think about it.

DarkSiders, Saints Row, UFC, Homefront, De Blob and Red Faction are their big names at the moment. They make good (But not AAA) games, but I'm not sure they could pull of the cross-over appeal type game Nintendo craft.
This all reeks of Just Dance mark II for me, a random Wii game coming out of no where and capturing massive sales off the Wii market. It appears innovative and original ideas can lead to huge payoff on the Wii, albeit it's still early days to get carried away. Here's hoping if it does make it big, THQ don't go overkill with games and kill the thing off a la Guitar Hero.

I think you might be underestimating how the announcement of this device was received, and how well THQ anticipated it doing. I seem to remember quite a few sites and magazines thinking THQ was going to be on to a winner with this, and they themselves regard it as a long term peripheral that should sell in the millions (a soft launch with limited stock may just have been business prudence, since expectations aren't always met - better to have to produce more stock because something is the success you thought it might be than to have a load of expensive stock gathering dust because you misjudged the market).

But I'm sure Ubisoft had faith in Just Dance too, but not many people on here would have heard of either game long before launch yet alone called it as a potential multi-million selling franchise (albeit I don't want to get carried away with uDraws sales or anything lol).
For most of us on here who follow this stuff it's a bit of a surprise, certainly haven't seen it mentioned in any of the threads where people are listing their anticipated big xmas hits.

The fact that it launched with apparently little fanfare may have allowed it to slip under many people's radar, but I certainly remember at the time of its announcement it being viewed by a few as a potentially big seller. Edge ran its main opening article on it the first edition following its reveal.
Nintendo can barely be bothered to support their own peripherals, the idea that they'll do 2 Udraw games is kinda laughable. I've no clue how that rumor got any traction?
For reference, Nintendo's "support" for previous Wii peripherals, alternate controllers and add-ons...
Wii Classic Controller / Pro
Wii Zapper
Wii Balance Board
Wii Wheel
Wii Speak
Wii Motion Plus
So it's an average of 4 games.......which is 2 more than you just said they would do. You're not making sense, check your math.
