I detected it, which was pretty simple since it wasn't a very good attempt at it.

I don't think the sales matter here yet though, because we've yet to see how Mass Effect performs on a PlayStation. I think it's more about EA's current stance with Sony.

Well here's my prediction on how Mass Effect will perform on PS3, considerably less.

The 360 already has a pretty big audience that's guaranteed to buy Mass Effect 3.

Now they may be attempting to get Sony fans in particular excited. So this could be just some marketing geared towards making Sony fans give a shit as well.

What are you talking about? dragon age sold fairly better on the 360 over the ps3 both in america and europe. and any other WRPG has sold better on 360 as well.
