I believe that they don't lead to it.. but some games make over the top violance and gore to be trivial.

I'm talking of games like ninja gaiden  where every hit you make chops a limb.

This is extended to movies in the likes of SAW.... i really think it's wrong and should be banned for promoting mental instability in the population... (well banned from posters and theaters at least... do what you want with DVDs, as long as I don't have to see exctracts of it...)

If you know as much about correlation bewteen videogames and violence as you do about steroid use (and abuse) and training, I think I'll take your initial statement with a grain of salt.
