I dunno if this has been posted or not but apparently this is Sony's marketing response to Kinect's mega marketing budget. I love to spin too, yay

Its an advert for a product, I can't remember an advert for anthing that didn't try and entice new custom through images or figures, this is no different.
I'll try and get you an advert from MS or Nintendo that don't play the same tricks, don't hold breath though.
I already left a comment about the 60% already own a Wii part in this thread - http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=119239
I like how they really focus on the word "intend" as if they need to hide what an epic failure the product is. It almost seems like it is performing way under par if I just read this advertisement as a cynic. Although the reality is probably that it is doing fine but the target market they were hoping to buy the product isn't making the purchases. Why say that those who intend to buy the system are female when you can say those that have bought the system are female? Only if you aren't reaching your target market.
Company uses numbers to promote products!!!
Is this even worth discussing?
uhg so many silly arguments as complains, why complain about a new product talking about intent?
dd if = /dev/brain | tail -f | grep games | nc -lnvvp 80
Hey Listen!

I bet they don't share the same idea of the product as you do...it's really not selling badly, nordlead...Sure it's not a huge immediate success, but if they continue selling as many as they are now over a long period of time...probably will be worth it to them.
Just waiting for that PS Vita to come out so I can play some full featured games on the go with that beautiful screen and control scheme...
Well, I'm all for Move kicking everything's ass :)

If you read futher you'll notice that I said it is probably selling fine. The bold is just that how I interpret the ad.
So how exactly is Sony spinning numbers suppose to counter attack kinect?
