I've discovered over the course of the years that you can NEVER tell WHAT will prove or disprove God to an individual. It differs too greatly. My Grandfather died in his sins & saw hell but because my Dad had struck a deal with God that none of his family members would die in their sins, God brought him back. A few months later and my Dad is trying to talk to him about it and he dismisses it saying "That was just a dream"! But he went there himself! Guess dat proves what Jesus said about people not believing even dead prophets.

Also, I know a woman who went to Church and heard a Bible reading of "And Person A begat Person B, and Person B begat Person  C & d who begat........" and she actually thought "My name must be there!" and gave her life to Christ! If u saw some of the absurd attempts to convince non-believers that people have made, you'd find this attempt very acceptable.

It moght not convince a soul but please if it does convince you, make sure to post and say so!

People have seen a lot of things that most of us remain sceptical about. A friend of mine saw a giant dragonfly after taking LSD, but that didn't make it real, though it was real to him because it came from his own mind and his own insecurities.

It's all interesting, but I never have and never will understand people that have faith that don't also realise that it is a choice that comes from within.

It is impossible to prove God just as it is impossible to disprove God.

Nothing you say on internet forums is going to change anyones mind so stop waisting your time.

This goes especially for you since you give people like me who do believe in God but are also educated a bad name with your horrible and flawed arguments.

I could argue a case for God a thousand times better than you ever could, trying to follow other deluded people that believe in God for all the wrong reasons.

I guess I'm seriously a nincompoop...

I'm starting the get annoyed by these religion threads...Could we get less of these, please? This is a gaming forum actually.

There is no god. back in the days where science wasnt there ppl would explain the unexplainable with the word god.

Its was like men made fire and when it rained man tought ooh someone is making it rain. it has to be a god....

And If there is a god then who made god.??

And this is the off-topic section.  Is it that hard to ignore the thread?

Would very much prefer if the threads actually had some solid and well thought arguments...Or if they alteast would be put in a generic religion thread.

Let me get this straight. The first video basically just keeps saying how president Bush kept doing things that were followed by disasters of some sort and that we should immediately jump to the conclusion that it was God punishing him because "he didn't have God on his side."

What a crock. This is complete bullocks. I ate a candy bar the day before 9/11 occured, therefore God exists and he hates me for eating candy so he killed a bunch of people (pssst, it was actually some fuckwit terrorists who had been brainwashed into believing something quite similar to what you are professing, and not some sky-man). I know it's a lot to ask for you to draw the connection between the hypothetical scenario I just constructed and the point you are trying to make, but please give it a shot.
