FFS those are console bundles.. stop being purposely obtuse.

Console bundles don't matter to a product aimed at people who don't yet have the said console?

and it isnt worth mentioning then?  ok..  leave the thread then.  bye.

Yes. I don't think online retailers selling out of anything isn't important enough to warrant a thread.

This site is about sales and numbers. Given the lack of numbers at this time, sales performance is best represented by how vendors are faring. So yes I would say it is worthwhile to check online retailers when related to sales speculation. That's what people do here.

The baby seals! The baby seals!

intelligent... and helpful...  oh, no...I meant, typical and sheeplike.

how about you actually provide some more useful thoughts on the actual sales performance we are witnessing here.

Online sources are not a good indicator of actual sales. They could have anywhere from 1 unit in stock to 100,000 units, and you can't know.

And that's eloquently expressed in the meme: "Every time someone uses online stores as an indicator of sales, a baby seal is clubbed somewhere."

Not really... its just smart arse bullshit.  And it is then thrown around as a downplaying measure on this forum time and again.

If you are telling me that all of those major stores noted there dont represent significant numbers then you are deluding yourself.

They could very well represent significant numbers. But that's the problem: we don't know.

just like we dont know if vgc numbers will be adjusted but we use them cause they are here and right now the best/only example we have. what other numbers you prefer we use?

some of the links in the startpost have it in stock again ^^

well, lets see how it sells, i hope it'll flop, but my hope's are used to be crushed into pieces lol.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

This was expecting, given the advertisment. What I want to see if it is going to generate profit and if it going to sell for a long time, not just now because of it's advertisement.

Well.. I guess they just can't win in some eyes.

So, according to you, they can say:  "Yes it was a huge sucess in sales, despite that we lost billions in it and couldn't recover it, and it only lasted for the holyday! yay, let's party!"

Above: still the best game of the year.

I am lucky to have the last Kinect @ Best Buy in my area.
